Also mum is getting frail and needed more care as time goes on

I'm just reading about the decisions you have to make and I know you're very concerned about them. Take your time and research your options is the advice I can give you. I've never been in your situation before but can understand it must be difficult with lots of people you care for involved including Mr Shaz and your Mum.

I thought i was being strong with soo much happening until today when they started to demolition the rest of the house today 

I just broke down and cried 

Mr shaz had planned the afternoon off -- i can see why now 

trying hard not to think about it but soon it will just be the ground 

lucky we still have our shed on the land

Its understandable to be upset after all of it. You and Mr Shaz are strong though I can see it. Just by what you have said and how you hold yourself on here and in real life too I imagine.
I hope you get answers soon and that some level of restoration comes by.
