You are soo right my @Appleblossom 

I am sure Mr shaz  will not be able to cope with rebuilding,  will be too much pressure and stress on him 

Also mum is getting frail and needed more care as time goes on 

So trying to pick the most easiest option is the way to go ❤❤❤❤
