I contacted a helpline and they didnt help me at all. Mind you this service is for sexual abuse and they just told me to get a counsellor. What a great help they were!!!

Sorry to hear the helpline wasn't helpful @Former-Member. Finding a specialist SA counsellor might be helpful at some stage, though I can see why that might seem dismissive and unhelpful to hear from them tonight.

im trying to get in contact with another helpline now. all i can think about is this stupid pelvic exam and its really getting to me so im going to see what else i can do about it

Good news i got to see my horse and she remebers me and no one can catch ber and she came to me and whinied at me and cuddles me and played the game she use to play with me and she have me lots of kisses

Bad news i just had a mental breakdown
