I thought I would. I took a sleep med at 4am because I'd had enough of having a restless sleep.

Ok ive covered alot. Shes really understanding and ive booked a double appointment for 10oclock tomorrow morning. Hopefully my leriod stays away for the next few hours othwrwise reshedule but usually if its only spotting its ok.
