I love Lakes Entrance - I am thinking about going up there in July - and yes - I know it's the middle of winter but that's when I need to go away most

I had a very hot shower - too hot actually - and I am dressed to go out to the doctor myself - but not until later - I need some lunch

I seem to feel your presence also - I am seeing my doctor about my back - it's pretty uncomfortable - but I actually did get plenty of sleep last night

When my back feels this bad I can have some treatment from the doctor that helps - so this is a good thing and he is supportive of me when I visit the specialist

I really love that Lake - I have other pics in my phone but for some reason I haven't worked out it is hard to transfer pics from my phone to my computer - sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't

All the best with your doctor - it must be about time for you to leave now
