Awww @Shaz51 ... that would be so very hard to watch ... seeing your home razed to the ground.  You say you thought you were being strong ... let me reassure you that you WERE being strong, and you continue to be strong. Strong for yourself and strong for Mr Shaz.  Breaking down and crying over what you are watching happen is by no means a sign of weakness.  It is a show of loss ... which you have suffered for sure. If you are farewelling a friend or a family member ... do you have tears?  Its a way of saying goodbye.  Not a sign of weakness. Soon your previous home will be no more ... just the ground it once inhabited.  However your memories will live on and you will be able to remember with much fondness.

I'm sorry you are feeling so sad ... but it is a normal and natural expression of loss.  Losing your home and so many momentos within it, is a major loss.  It will pass.
