@Former-Member Hi sorry I have been sleeping all day I finish night shift this morning.
Tips start slow and build up eg 5 minutes at a lower speed and increase it as you feel better ( faster and longer) and just my thoughts I find Treadmill really boring so find something to keep you interested TV or I break it up and do 10 minutes then something else skipping push ups or anything then go back and do another set. I hope that helps ๐
