I'm ok @Ant7 - how about you? Are you working today? Any tips (apart from "use it!" lol) for a really unfit person who just invested in a treadmill? I ask because I know you're a fitness person 🏃🏃🏃🏃

Re: Good Morning!

from another unfit person @Former-Member  stretches are your friend, get a routine and build up to actual walking w/o treadmill , pref not on level ground ok maybe thats 3rd step lol  also google basic stuff like leg raises squats etc will help

Re: Good Morning!

Thanks @TAB - doubt I'll ever be 'FIT' again, btbid Fe happy with 'FUNCTIONAL' again. After tripping over in the street, hurting knee and unable to get myself up, a couple of weeks ago,.. i've not gone walking at all and BLOB took over (not to mention Christmas munchies :face_with_rolling_eyes:) - Just wanna stay functional to at least 'hold my own for longer at least... so this hopefully will be safer. Thanks for the 'stretching' tip, I was actually surfing the net for a picturegraph on stretches only yesterday... will try again. Thank You 🤗

Re: Good Morning!

Hi @Former-Member
good to see you 🙂

Re: Good Morning!

yeah I hurt my knees at work doing stuff near ground level, still not right, so can relate @Former-Member  yes need to work at it  just to keep functional  here too

Re: Good Morning!

..exercises in pic sent are very basic @Former-Member  got that from pain clinic .. goal with that is 10% increase when you are okay with it like once a week maybe, but just doing it better than not doing it
