The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

@Sans911 Hi Sans911 wishing you a wonderful afternoon love gp xx

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

@Owlunar. No storm here last night. Just a mind that wouldn't stay quiet last night.
I did go back to sleep this morning. Had a lovely dream. Met my soul mate - who encouraged me to find my inner power. Was so beautiful. Woke feeling powerful.
Lol about cat whinging that it wanted under the doona.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

So many people producctive this morning;it was good to see. @utopia, I hope you get managed to get a few more zzzzs.

Evening @Snowie @outlander @Faith-and-Hope I was supposed to have a 2hour training session on my secretarial roles for a volunteer position in a suicide prevention group, which turned into 3. I had to get public transport there and back which seemed like the ends of the earth yet it was only the outer suburbs of my city. I am home now relaxing a little but the head is spinning with inforamation, ideas, other things I want to do or need to take care of asap.

My knees feel a little broken from my bike ride this morning- haven't ridden in more than 6months. The ride was about 5kms there and back plus about a 2.5km walk (I shortened it a little due to cycling).

How are all doing this evening? Was the movie good @outlander ? And what did you see?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

sounds like a busy but productive day @Sans911 mayeb write all your ideas down so you dont forget them and what you need to do as well

do you think your car will be ready tomorrow?

im ok, the movie was good, we just hired the new BFG movie and watched it with dinner. was pretty good.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

@Sans911. You had a very busy day - physicallyand mentally. I guess there is heaps to learn in your new volunteer role.
I'm not a fan of public transport. Not that we really have any here in country Victoria. But when I'm in Melbourne - I struggle during peak hour times. Far too many people, smells and noise. And I can feel panic coming on. So I have to do exaggerated breathing to calm down. I probably look weird doing it.
For this volunteer role - can you catch public transport outside of the peak times?
