There's no need to be sorry @BlueBay! We do care about you, don't ever doubt this.
At times, the community and your peers can provide better support than us mods can, and then there will be times where we can provide the appropriate care.

Hi @BlueBay
When you are going through a crappy time perhaps it's better just to read your own thread - and not to bother with other people- I am sure most people will understand that
And reading the screen - whether it's your phone or your computer - can cause headaches to be worse - ah - yes - I know this from experienced - so just stick to this thread - Imagine you were on the Titanic and had a spot in the lifeboat - would you give it up? Well - I am as kind and generous as the next person and I would not - so with your bad times and you are having bad times - just stay with your own stuff - stay in your own safe place - and I don't mind at all -
You are having a bad time - it will change and everything will look great again and then you will run into a bad spot - I won't tell you to look on the bright side when you feel so bleak - I hate being told that myself - just be there for yourself - and wait it out - hard yes - easier said than done - right - I do understand that -
My own stuff is starting to bite me - I get that - tomorrow would be my 51st wedding anniversary - of course no one cares - actually - neither do I - but in 1986 I had the worst wedding anniversary on record - for me anyway - maybe I will write this on my own thread - it's from my book of Bad Day stories so you don't need to read it unless you get the funny side
But the past is a powerful thing - and those plates and cups and glasses and stuff of your mother's - I get it - they are so powerful - and just getting rid of them will be hard for you which is why I suggest you break them - or just wrap them in newspaper one at a time and put them in the red bin. See how that feels
It helps me writing to you - it always does - it helps me to write to other people - as if we were sitting down with an iced-coffee and a piece of something nice to eat and chatting away -
You are in my thoughts - and I will post my pic of the swans up at Lakes Entrance for you
