Oh my dear @Former-Member - I would feel the same. Sending a warm hug 🤗
I am not sure what procedure your daughter will need "but every specialist has to tell the worst case scenario" to cover themselves legally. I hear those fatal risks all the time with my husband and they are frightening. I am thinking this is what you are referring to?
And your daughter is so young to be having to take this all in. The likelihood of the latter is rare - get a good surgeon and this would turn your daughter's life around for the better. I can understand your daughter's hesitation, my husband and I have been through this a few times - but if she is made to see that the positives outweigh the negatives, and with support - she will go back to see him.
My husband is putting his neck surgery on hold - the negatives outweigh the positives for now.
And he has to see a heart specialist....it goes on and on. Feel for you, I know how anxiety producing this situation is but being positive will see you both through it.
Its good to live for the day and only deal with things when we need to, otherwise it will overwhelm. But it is heartbreaking. Be gentle on yourself and each other - supporting and being there for each other.
I think I slept a total of three hours sleep last night. It's getting to be a real problem, but I am pushing through today, have done a lot of cardio aerobics, washing, cleaning, stitching etc. I worry about mania spurts triggered by stress and worry, but I am remaining calm. One day at a time for us. I am trying not to worry........
Am here for you anytime you need to talk Bella. Everything will work out, it will have its bumps but it will be alright. Hugs 😘

Hello @Shaz51 - good to see you. Hope your health is good now 💞
Oh dear @Former-Member - I don't know what is wrong with your daughter but it may help to seek a couple of other specialist opinions and options? Every situation is different but a cancer specialist told my husband he had 18 mths to live 21 years ago - told him to go away and die. They refused to treat him saying there was nothing they could do as it was terminal. We were shocked and distressed at first - then got angry and determined. We sought other opinions and prayed hard - although he still has cancer and still receives treatment, he is in remission and is still here loving me today. Don't give up.
Is your daughter's father being supportive to her? A lot to carry for one so young. Heartbreaking for a parent 😓. Hope all goes well at the doctors. Thinking of you and am here for you ❤️

So there is no option for surgery @Former-Member?
Glad you got the removal of the skin cancer over and done with - that's always a relief. One thing out of the way ✔️
Did you know that scientific studies have been conducted with the conclusion that green tea can help prevent skin cancers? (and other ailments)
I hope you have had a chance to unwind and relax now
I am starting to drift in and out off lulla land - hopefully I will sleep tonight. May need to do some more stitching to keep me from falling asleep too early. 🙇♀️x
