Hi @Zoe7
I'm glad the painkillers are doing enough of a job - dental pain can be among the worst pains we can have
Hydrotherapy sounds as good idea - relaxing in the water if the therapist doesn't push too hard is a good idea - I like the thought myself - the water in a hydrotherapy pool is warmer than in a regular swimming pool
All the best today

Hi again @Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member and @Owlunar @oceangirl
Hydotherapy was good today - I managed to get through the whole program twice which shows my back is improving. It is easier to stand now but sitting for extended periods is still an issue. Loved being back in the water though - it is a beautiful temperature and so relaxing. There were no kids there today and only a few other people so that made it even easier
My mouth is really sore so I need more painkillers but I expected that.
It is extremely windy here today too Dec and I don;'t handle the wind well - as most of you here know - just trying to relax with Toby and get through it the best I can - on the positive side it is great washing drying weather if it stays on the line lol

I'm feeling so tired. I got woken up this morning by my specialist receptionist and to say that he wanted to bring my appointment forward and he fitted me in this morning. I saw him and I have forms for blood test and another appointment to see him. I also book car in because I had a urgent safety recall and that has now been booked in to be done. This evening I have puppy kindy with Milo.

@Zoe7glad the hydrotherapy went ok today. Yes much quieter when kids are at school!
Hoping the pain killers are helping your tooth. A mushy diet does sound like it is needed at the moment

My mouth is feeling a lot better with the pain killers @Snowie - there has been no more red stuff today but it took a while for it to stop last night. I am going to try to eat a little tonight and make some more jelly - I do love jelly so a good excuse to have as much as I like lol
How are you travelling today - finding your feet without the kids yet?
