Am Not Coping

Re: Am Not Coping

@Zoe7. Sorry to hear that it was a hard session today. But I'm glad you are seeing your gp now. And I know that she can help you to see things a little easier, after your counseling session. And hopefully give you a laugh or two.
Be gentle and kind with yourself tonight.
I am here if you need me. Or just as a distraction. Thinking of you.

Re: Am Not Coping

Hi @Zoe7. I thought my stomach had settled down. WRONG!!! Was outside watering my driveway garden - talking to the sick plants - as everyone does. When - oops - I literally shat myself. 2 second warning if.
I race into the back yard. Turn off the hose. Race into the bathroom where the toilet is but my sons in the shower. Bugger!. "Quick get out of the shower. I've had an accident", I yell.
"Huh" - says teenage boy slowly. I rip open the shower door. Scream that I have shat myself (sorry, awful expression. But it's an awful experience). I shut the bathroom door for 2 seconds - when I rip it open again. And I push him out into the hallway, while he's still trying to wrap the towel around himself. Poor bugger. He does value his privacy.
So. I could have cried. 46 years old and having a toilet accident. But I decided to laugh instead. When from out in the hallway I hear my son talking to himself. "She's laughing. She's bloody mad!".
So on that embarrassing note, I'll leave you to ponder how life really does suck somedays. I'm just grateful my neighbour wasn't out the front talking to me over the fence. Lol.
Sweet dreams my friend. Tomorrow is a new day.

Oh look, that's the path that leads to the octagonal room. I can see that path from the ocean when I am floundering in the waves. I know that when I'm in the waves, there's no point in struggling to get to shore so that I can wander up that path. I just have to let the waves wash over me and toss me around until they subside. THEN I can get back to just keeping on swimming and make my way to shore and then I can wander up that path to the octagonal room and snuggle in the super safe corner that @Zoe7 made for me. I am guessing that you painted that picture of the path @Faith-and-Hope? I super like it.
