@Zoe7. Dinner was like meditation - so so. Glad I went / ate - but wasn't as good as I'd hoped.
Her dress was three quarter length - 50's style

@Zoe7. I rang my boss this afternoon and said I wouldn't be coming back. I only had 3 days left of this assignment and I've missed the past 1 & 1/2 weeks.
Not ideal or fair - but I'm okay with this decision.
What are you up to tomorrow.

I actually think that was a really good decision @utopia It would be a lot to catch up on and deal with and you are only just getting well 

I have my psych appointment tomorrow - then the usual chemist and GP after.

It will be a busy day. So maybe don't say the words 'beach' 'park' or 'walk' near Toby. Lol. He can wait til Thursday and just have a chill out day tomorrow.

Thanks my friend. My psych app is 1 - 2:30pm. I'll have an hour or so before I see my GP - so that might be a bit tough. I will see how it goes!!!!

I had my appointment with the psychologist today. It was extremely difficult.I am heading to the GP soon but just wanted to check in and let you all know that I'm not doing so well and might need a bit of time to get myself together today. I will see how I am later but not sure if I'll be back on today.

Will be thinking of you all and hope you have had a better day than me!
