Yeah Hon - that is my thinking also - shower and gp ...and chemist run also and then seeing how the rest of the day goes when I return home. I am glad I made the soup yesterday - there is enough for a few days so I don't have to worry abut cooking @Faith-and-Hope

I am trying to put last night behind me - struggling with that a little but I will get there.

It makes it hard when you watch something and the unexpected comes up Hon - that is what happened last night - can't change it - just have to get through it. I will - just need that time and lots of self-care and for now that is snuggling with Toby - will give him a gentle cuddle from you too 

Going to try for that shower soon - I know once I do that I will be able to get moving a bit more and hopefully that will get me more motivated this afternoon!

Hi @Faith-and-Hope - showered, dressed, been to gp and chemist and to the shop for a couple of things I needed plus one I didn't - I bought myself some savoury biscuits to nibble on ...most people like chocolate but I am not much of a sweet tooth so savoury biscuits for me

I like Sesame Wheat biscuits @Zoe7.  They are a meal on the go for me sometimes.

Savory shapes are my go to when I need a pick-me-up @Faith-and-Hope - and Toby loves them too lol - many times I have left the box where he could get to them and he has finished them off for me - he doesn't even break the box or the packet!
