A Life of Trauma and Tragedy (Possibly Triggering Content)

Today I have to organise for my husbands body to be repatriated to our home town. The funeral director has been helpful, and sent paperwork I needed to sign to the hospital social worker. I have to give authority to move his body home.

I dont know when that will happen. But I just want him home now. And I need to get home too. So much I need to organise.

Im sitting here on the couch in my dads loungeroom. In the exact spot hubby suffered his first attack.  It feels strange.

Ohhhh @Emelia8 ! Oh I am so sorry for your loss 😞 Such a shock 😞

You didn't fail your hubby, you did everything for him. And now you have the long, sad drive home...you would be in shock, so I hope you can eat and keep hydrated...

We are all here for you, I can't say anything better then what everyone else has said - we are here surrounding you with care as you struggle through this tragedy. I know it would be triggering all your other tragedies...I'm wishing for much strength for you, and whatever you need to just take one hour at a time.
