Oh @Bunniekins iv been thinking about that from @Jynx too.

 

Generational. My ancestors gave had same emotion. It got then through. Should get me through.

I come from a long line of highly strung Jewish hungarian women. I thought via therapy ide stop that pattern. But @Jynx teaching me to own every little emotion and break that boundry by owning and understanding it. 

 

I wrote to husband - 

Please work with me together to understand my how the head injury issues change me in our daily life. Show empathy - try and put yourself in my shoes and imagine what it would be like to deal with my invisible challenges. A little empathy goes a long wayi. Firi instance i repeat myself over and over again. - what do you think that would ne like for me when I'm talking to other people ?
