Hi @outlander

The pic isn't up yet but it's great to see you again - and I think I heard that you have had a drop in your mental health lately - I guess we all get that -

I feel more that I have emotional discomfort - but what is in a name anyway? Before I went away I was fed up with Melbourne's dreary days - they just kept coming one after another with grey skies and my mood was only lifted by the thought of going away - what a treat to get to another city - which is really small with a large population - and have warm air and hot sun and I soon got used to walking around in the heat and I didn't want to come home

But Melbourne has great weather - and I hope your hand is improving - I did read the way you injured it somewhere - this is when I am lurking on my phone and then I forget where I read what I read but that was a really disastrous thing for a hand - and hands have a lot of nerve endings so they hurt more - I am sorry that happened to you

Apart from a bad pain day yesterday I have felt much better after getting home - better than I have for the duration of winter I think - oh wait - that's right - I had an annus horribilis or a horrible year - from last August when I hurt my knee in Sydney until the August just gone so yeah - I feel better than I have for a year

All the best Outlander - I will be looking forward to seeing the pic when it comes up
