@Decadian Glad you had some success getting through to Juvenile Justice? Dept.  Helping them live up to their name.

I too have difficulty when people do not listen.  I cannot raise my voice easily as the strain goes to my neck so I have had to tell people I will repeat but can only do do a couokle of times...

I am still amazed at how bad listening skills are in the general populace .. support workers should be able to stop their flurry of activity to actually hear a client and not resist ... thinking they know better.
