It is definitely a long term therapy for my back but I am pleased to find something I like that also helps @CheerBear Last week I did 20 minutes of walking in the water (I had an energetic day lol) before I did my exercises and even though I was buggered afterwards it was good to know I could do that. Today I will only do my exercises and then flost around for a little while relaxing ...self-care for the day
