I wish you the best recovery possible - take things easily while you can

 

It sounds to me as if you are having some therapy I had after my son died - it's sometimes called cathartic hypnosis - I did a lot of yelling and crying too and over time it worked

 

It was intensive and hard to tell if it was working at the time but I am sure it did
