I'm so depressedI have been in hospital for 12 days and in mental health unit for 3 weeks before that.

I have functual neurological disorder

I feel like self harm but can't think of a way

Not only that the hospital is mixing up my meds unnecessarily causing more anxiety

Its only been 4 weeks since I got out of hospital seems like a lot longer ago. Hope some bits are Okay 😀
