Hearing the frustration and sadness @MDT. Do whatever feels right for you. Maybe not punching holes in walls, but some other kind of constructive release. I sometimes go for a pillow, because that's a little soffter. I've also found writing it down and then ripping it all into tiny shreds a bit satisfying or as @Shaz51 has suggested, there's always a good scream atop a hill (or into a pillow).Know that it's ok to let it out. Hoping things will feel a little better soon. Be kind to yourself, Hamsolo01, and take care 😊
