I'm hearing what you are saying and how difficult things are for you today. Hang in there....you're such a smart young man & you'll find your way - try not to overthink it all. I know that's easier said than done - I overthink everything!

It's really good timing that you have you psych appt 2mrw, you'll be able to unpack these feelings and thoughts you have.

Maybe have that chat with you Dad about work and how you feel about it.  As he works in the same broad area, at some time in his work past, he may have experienced some of what you are feeling now and have some good advice/insight for you. Or, he might be just the listening ear you need right now. I don't know?

Hope dinner is yummy & your back feels more comfortable soon. I'm glad you're safe.
