Hi @Former-Member
I can hear that you have really be having a hard few days. Trying to cope with big emotions is never easy. Birthdays and anniversaries are always hard and it doesnt sound like your sister is helping too much.
You mentioned that you are feeling scared and nervous. Is this about the tests that you have coming up? The suggestions of learning some relaxation techniques is a good idea from @CheerBear. @Phoenix_Rising's suggestions of breathing through it or just being are also good. I know sometimes these things are much easier said then done.
Is there something that you feel may be helpful for you today? Even if that is chatting to people here.

Ok so the next few days are going to be tough and I hear you when you say that distraction can be hard. Perhaps you need to break the days up a bit so its not so overwhelming? Maybe even even just planning an hour at a time or another timeframe that is workable for you.
Also as hard as these emotions are, it is ok to feel them. I love @Phoenix_Rising's metaphor of a flood, its just riding this out until the flood subsides. So have some compassion for your here as well, you know that these feelings will pass despite how tough it is to feel them. I
We know its going to be a hard few days, so what will be some things that will help them to become that little bit more bearable for you?
