its been a shite few days and upcoming days in a few weeks as well 😞
ok ill just list them
1. my nans birthday was 2 days ago and it really affected me-it was the first year without her and thats the same as this easter and also in a few days time its her 2nd year of death and its really affecting me
2. my sister was attcked by a dog this time a few years ago and thats one of my greatest triggers and PTSD event
3. i saw the horse my heart aches for and my sister like to rub it in, i got to see her yesterday and had a mental breakdown yesterday as well
4. i cant keep up with my stiudies and ive fallen behind 4 topics again and i cant get my head back in the game again
5. i found a lump on my breast the other day and it could be leaking vein and its freakng me out. i went to my gp and thats what shes said and to monitotr it for 2 weeks so another week now and its getting worse already.
6. ive been greatly triggered and i cant stop thinking about it and its bringing up a heap of memeories about my own sexual abuse from being told i need a pelvic and pap smear when i get back from holidays so wheni get my lump checked again. it really really triggered me and its scaring the crap out of me

!) my nans -- sounds you were very close to your nan , like me with my nan, I was 15 when my mum and i moved down to look after nan until she passed away , I ended up getting shingles (That`s another story)
it takes time to heal from these experiences
Number 5 --ring you Gp again and let her know
I read your mental breakdown -- how often do you see your horse
sister was attcked by a dog -- yes i was bitten by a dog while riding my bike , it took me a while to get back on my bike
I can understand why number 6 is worrrying you ,
one day at a time my friend , I know it can be very hard , when do you go on your holiday

hi @Shaz51 thanks for helping me break it down abit yesterday
and yes i was close to my nan i also cared for her from when i wa 16 until she passed away 2 years ago so for 2 years but we were also close and she pretty much raised me
