Because you are not at all well @outlander
Been there myself in the past - I did my degree as a mature age student with the world coming unstuck around me and me coming unstuck inside it
Sometimes I found study to keep me going - most of the time - but then - if I was sick - no way
Try something easier - mmmm - yes - I know you have exams coming up - this is a tough choice but you have been really ill over the weekend and you still don't sound at all well

I do understand @outlander
I think even reading is too hard right now - btw one thing I know - when you are ill your feeling so yukky it's your body fighting to get well
Do you have the place to yourself so you can watch a movie - or maybe nap or daydream until it's time to go and see your doctor?
Ah sleep - I love it - it also fills in time while you are recoving - and it is a good idea to listen to your body
Rest as much as you can today - Outlander - and let your body catch up with you - right now you do need to take it easy

A sleep would be the best thing @outlander
I usually wake up when the movie ends - I get to see the credits
But if you are likely to sleep perhaps set the alarm so you won't sleep past the time when you have to go to your doctor - this is your spare-mum telling you that the important is an important one
Do my pic when you feel well enough - drawing and painting are meant to be fun - take it easy for now
