Just put my enchiladas in the oven. I have enough filling and tomato sauce that I simmered 3 hours for tomorrow. I am excited about it. I think its going to be delicious. I also have a fresh pineapple for dessert

sounds good @Shaz51 was looking at beef from farmer ok sounds cheap , but need a freezer and min price around $400. bet its cheaper at local butcher, this guy was talking up his herefords. I grew up on a farm , when dairy cows have to go,taste just as good lol. best one to try and get is pork, then can get real bacon, not had in 20 years , stuff in supermarkets barely ok after being choosy lol, from farm not the same anyway enjoy it
