I am okay at this end of the week - it had a rough start and the weekend had it's moments

Life can wear us down at times - sorting and trying to make sense can be wearing

I hope a walk helps - I don't know if you have rain or bushfires where you are - I hope you are okay

No bushfires Was 3 inches of rain yest very out of ordinary lately @Owlunar  No lockdown either although some hoarding as tho it were.

Just out of sorts/processing stuff/need to make decisions guess.

Aiming low for today, if get basics plus a couple things will be good

Glad to know you're safe @TAB ! I forgot about the bushfires in WA. I did know about the lockdown situation in WA so that's kinda scary about the bushfires situation.

My Saturday (6th Feb) Yoga Class has just been cancelled (as well as Friday's Yoga Class).

Due to this Lockdown.

@Bunniekins  So now it's either No Yoga - Or Yoga at Home.
