Awake early here after dozing off early and sleeping in several blocks ... but I think it was 8 or 9 hours over all ....

Morning all. It went down to minus 8 overnight and was minus 4.6 when I checked not long ago but it's sunny so it doesn't feel so cold psychologically. I'm off to pay some more off my lounge suite!

Trying to work up the courage to get out of bed .... now that I am wide awake ....

I didn't go walking yesterday so I have my sights set on at least the coffee shop this morning ..... but it's raining in occasional downpours so I am procrastinating.

My sister brings me piles of magazines when she comes to town, so I am thinking to take one with me and do the crossword.  If I do that every other day I will clear that clutter out of the house.  They have just been stacking up because I haven't had the wherewithal yet to go near them, but I have stared putting the house to rights, and this appeals as a self-nurturing approach that honours my sister's effort and gift, contributes to my npmental / emotional time-out, and deals with the backlog in enjoyable baby steps.

Good morning everyone. Sorry I've been absent too much in my head to come online.

Good news for me though, I get to go home for the day. Lots of housework in stall for me so things are good when I get overnight leave Sunday and discharged next week if it all goes well 🙂
