I went to Broome a couple times, never really got further north except a few days at Cape Leveque, was 200ks of dodgy dirt road in expensive hired 4wd. Heard recently its just been sealed @Appleblossom

@TAB If I ever make it, I will probably fly in and do a tour.  It might only be a virtual holiday experience.  I saw the Kimberly on tutors field trip slides ....way back ... left its mark on my heart.... Who said people who do science dont have hearts??!!

@Ant7 Its small here today on the spit I much prefer surfing the point breaks but beach breaks can be fun too. I didn't go for surf has planned but might try tomorrow. I am feeling better than I have been of late. Its nice its warmer up here but not too hot.

well its worth it @Appleblossom  get a rental and drive self around maybe ? plus pick time of year else weather too much to be outside for too long. went whale watching on boat with local indigenous guide
