its actually like 8 deg here atm ok still around 8am @Former-Member  got stuck here. think skip the walk for time being. Yes the body does heal itself in a lot of cases

well was  'feels like 8' @Former-Member  in pj pants socks and thermal top over a singlet its a bit past fresh still, need to get moving, ok says actual temp 14deg now was 10 when looked earlier, doubt temp inside house has changed much yet lol
