I hope everyone has the best day possible - actually we have rain in Melbourne - that have been promising us this for a couple of days and it's finally here - I'm glad for that

I'm sorry you are having trouble finding accomodation @Judi9877  - and I wonder about having a property standing empty - or maybe it's that some Centrelink Client won't move out which would be a problem, It does sound unfair if you do have a good record though - I hope you find something soon - and yes - I believe that some agents do fob people off - it's a stick to your guns scenario

I have found some rental property unpleasant to - it all has to be checked out. I remember one place I found on the ground floor of a large building surrounded by other large buildings - this would have been depressing. It's hard work looking - I hope you find something soon
