Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Hi @utopia

I'm glad you got some extra 💤 time and had such a fantastic dream - one out of the box - really well-deserved - I am soooo glad you got to have that

It turned very cold in the evening yesterday - Sunday night - when I was getting ready for bed I noticed that the window was cold and I pulled the blind down to keep the cold out -

And  I shoved my wheat pack where my feet would go - then had a shower which I really enjoyed and stood in the pretty hot water for ages - you know - if Goldilocks had found the bears' shower it would have been "Just Right"

So back into the bedroom and into my jammies and I couldn't do it fast enough - it was freezing in there - and I got into bed and that's when the cat started grumbling, grouching, whinging and giving me orders - and I totally was not going to move

At some stage she went down the bed - I think she found where I had the wheat pack and I woke up in the morning and couldn't move - the cat had draped herself across my feet and weighed three times her normal weight - it took a bit to move her -

I love the story - I love talking about my cat - she is really funny and so bossy and so little I wonder where she gets the idea she is so entitled - but I love her and she does give me funny things to talk about - let's see what I can find in clipart

Of course.............exactly the right one and hey - I have no idea where that cat is right now

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Lol. I love reading about your cats attitude @Owlunar.
Our pets personalities are very distinct and often lead to some funny stories.
Yes it's been cold here today. When I went back to bed this morning, I actually put on my electric blanket.
I really do need to organise to get some curtain rails up. I only have blinds. But I've got a few lined curtains that I've picked up at op shops. Just need to put them up. They will certainly keep my bedroom and the rest of the house, warmer.
Well it's 2.30 in the morning, so I'm going to bed now.
Hope you and cat are snuggly warm in bed.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Good morning @Snowie @outlander @Bunniekins @Faith-and-Hope @soul @utopia @Former-Member @Owlunar @Appleblossom @CrazyTaya @Catcakes......if I have missed anyone sorry

I hope you all got better sleep than me! I have an important day today, and I just hope I can keep it together & not crumble. Luckily I have my pyschologist appt this afternoon, and I will also see my case manager. My pdoc appt has moved to next week.

Yes @Owlunar please keep telling cat stories. My boys are strangely quiet at the moment. I can see the big fella in his favourite spot on the tallboy. He loves that spot because it is nice and hi, and he can look out the window to the front garden.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing
