how am I? I shall copy my response from other post...

I have a couple of new issues as a result of seeing specialist 16/1...another referral to an associate specialist for this coming monday...in the meantime...blood in urine but not thought to be infection...on antibiotics in case as do have random pain..doctor believes possibly from internal examination by last specialist...

I was managing that stuff...then sore throat this morning...stayed in bed...have no energy...motivation...with a swollen sore throat thrown in now and the usual viral body aches...I eventually arose just after 11am...feel like crap....

agent has just telephoned to state that he has a cash buyer wanting to look through our property this monday!! husband out at sport all day today....all  day monday hour drive down to specialist appointment....

The contract that was on the place has expired....couple still want the place but not prepared to look at alternative finance as their place has not yet sold...even though they have an investment property as well...as far as I am concerned they are time wasters...

agent told me that there are at least another two new couples as well as cash buyer...wanting to look through...he will try to get them all through on monday....I'll believe this when it happens

so can we please have a huge group wish that this nightmare is over...to allow something to improve...

the birds are chirping away as I type....

my fat spoilt cats are sleeping...

It does sound as if you are really unwell right now - so many infection-type symtoms - no wonder you don't have any motivation or energy - I am sure I wouldn't and would be inclined to stay in bed all day

I have had blood in my urine from infections in the past - not badly but enough to have cystic-type pain which scores pretty high - I found a hot-pack on my tummy and one under my feet helpful - it is rotten to feel so crappy

These people being iffy and bloody-minded about buying your house - they could raise the necessary equity if they have investment properties - they are wasting time and it would be great if we could get together and put our psychic energy into a big ball and get all of this out of the way for you - 

Actually - I have had read-estate and feel better of in rental accommodation - I call the ties - what you have right now - The Tyranny of Real Estate - and I guess it was a way of investing our limited income when we were young and had kids but I feel disinclined to getting back into it now - I don't want to move right now but I could if I chose to

So I understand the implications if I don't really know your circumstances and if your health isn't too great right now of course you feel really down in the dumps -

So you have the house to yourself and the specialist on Monday, the birds are chirping - they are chirping in the mornings where I live now - I love that - and your fat spoilt cats are sleeping - my ordinary sized spoilt cat is doing the same

And we can have a group wish - I am sure - I love clipart - there is nearly always something in clipart - let's see - I'm feeling lucky!!!!

Most wishes are to do with birthdays - maybe this one will work

I hope - wish - all the bits of the real-estate puzzle will come together and also - I really hope you feel better soon

I really am so hard on myself...so when unwell the old horrid low self esteem arrives like a train....

ps   of course if the house does sell....we have to break the news to our two fat cats!!! won't that be an interesting exercise...we will have to rent whilst new house being built....then move again....two fat cats will be very very angry...

one of them hides in the office cupboard when anyone visits...especially males...

Golly yes - a magic ball - or something

I have had better success with a rock-crystals but I stopped - long story there

still - we can wish upon a star, or a magic ball, or crystals and cross all our fingers and toes and the best happens enough for me to really think having faith in something works

This just might - after all - people buy and sell real estate all the time

And about the cats - we moved with one spoilt boy-cat a long time ago - we put butter on his paws and he stayed - but that was the only time though - when I moved out of my old house a long time ago now I had to have the old stray who stayed with us sent across the rainbow bridge - I couldn't abandon her and she was attached to the area - there was a chance she had another home but I wouldn't take that risk

But your boys will either get used to it or not - just read my story about my old stray to them - she was happy to have a home but I had to move - no choice -

Companion Cat hides when there is a thunder storm and she doesn't like the gardener much either - actually - it's the mower and whipper-snipper that I don't like - really head-ache bringers

But CC comes out to great any visitor for any reason - she is a very friendly cat

Your cats will be okay - I'll tell you why - they are spoilt - and they will give your the cat's behind for sure but they will want their treasures and pleasures - if my cat gets too naughty she gets put into the bathroom with the litter tray and a bowl of water and I do forget she is there - I really do - until I hear a mournful meow

So she knows when she has pushed the buttons too much - I am guessing your cats will know as well

It could be the hardest part of moving - yes - I reckon - I am not even going to New Zealand until CC gets past her use-by date - talk about spoilt - too right

Lovely and chatty @Owlunar

Yesterday a mh worker helped me do my ndis call. She was impressed my King of the Court cat. During the call the cat sat on my piano stool, with its back to us.  Every now & then he swished his tail with annoyance that he was not the centre of attention ... lol ..hmmm ... she noticed ... he is very spoiled too and looking much better with his fur all plumping up like a lion.  

@eudemonism How is your dog?  How quirky is he?  I am guessing he is a he ...

@Sophia1 Living arrangements matter and often take a lot of effort ... renting or owning ... hope things settle for you.  Sorry that your health keeps taking a knock.

I'm seeing my Sleep Dr at the hospital, this Friday (only once a year).

I really hope a buyer does come through for you soon.
