Ah, @Teej - that is beautiful, encouraging and uplifting, thank you. I have read a few of Bène Brown's books and they have informed my thinking and uncovery about shame/shamelessness. I have not read Elizibeth Gilbert yet, will put her on the reading list. Waves and hugs, xx

@MoonGal Elizabeth Gilbert has been a fiction writer amongst other things but I have seen her ted talks and follow her on Facebook and on other blogs and interviews. She is also a friend of brene and they have shared lots of their thoughts on things together. On a side note her personal life has been really interesting and inspiring too.
