Chiĺli beef for dinner sounds good. The recipe you shared. a while back looked really good. I don't eat much meat but I'm definitely  going to try your guacamole . Avocados seem to be quite cheap atm. Citrus too, but I have a bountiful grapefruit tree. I'll use one of my neighbour's lemons in the guacamole.

I hope your abscessed tooth isn't too painful and the antibiotics are kicking in. That in itself would be depressing, without the trouble with the housing agency as well. Is your accommodation secure, or are you facing having to find another home for yourself and your pug? It sounds as though you're confronting and dealing with big issues and at the same time coping very well with day to day selfcare. Keeping busy enough to counter negative self talk can be hard if we don't have the distraction of housemates or family. I often listen to ABC RN in the background and am trying to get back to reading - for years I was a compulsive bookbuyer and have a big TBR stack. Ì've been spending too much time on social media and am trying to increase my attention span. Are you a reader? 

It sounds as though you're angry and upset with your therapist for letting you down. That's fair enough. 

I hope you can find some peace and solace in your Sunday and it recharges you for the week.
