SPRING-Clean Declutter - Need Help

Vegging out under the air con here @utopia @Former-Member thinking it might be 6 items tomorrow.

Donated the craft stuff I got out yesterday to some friends with a number of kids so will be put to good use. Also gave some good wooden coat hangers away after replacing most of Mr D's wardrobe with the black velvet ones, with another lot ready for op shop.

Our spare bed and room still far too cluttered for any visitors @Shaz51.

@Former-Member @Former-Member - my evaporative cooler trying it's hardest to keep the house cool, but there is a bit of humidity around, and it doesn't work great in humid conditions.
No work being done by me today.

We have aircon in living areas...

ceiling fans in all bedrooms and office..

I hate aircon so on off on off all day.. Ceiling fans on

if we are not up to declutter at moment re depression..I think that we have both dealt with it on and off for too long...time for us to do something that we enjoy.

I just had a mini cornet to..not a huge fan of ice cream but will have occasionally when hot..also buy one on cone when we drive mum to watch the sea..

I am hoping for volunteers to declutter..Weeding shopping..housework..washing

Hi Everyone.... not much getting done while this heat keeps up. No air-con at my place - dogs and cats are sprawled everywhere, must be hard having a fur coat in this weather. Slowly getting rid of stuff - books and toys and kid's clothes are off to the op shop.Might take myself off to a movie tomorrow to get out of the house. I hate shopping centres but free wifi and air-con with undercover parking is somewhat attractive in this weather. Hope everyone is OK.

@Former-Member. I couldn't handle proper air conditioning - I find it too icy cold. I still have evaporative cooler on and my bedroom ceiling fan is on high.
Too hot for brain to even think of clutter, let alone decluttering.
Well done @Former-Member for doing more today. I hope you enjoy your cool day at the movies tomorrow

i have an arrangement with the neighbour (who in reality lives elsewhere & just visits), to keep his bin on our boundary so i can use it. Every week its full, as is our bin (its gotta be helping / showing soon), Getting there. I have x2 boxes of stuff for Charity ready to go. Having said that, yesterday i picked up a dog kennel & old kitchen chair from curbside puckup, oh dear.

well perhaps you just need those items for a time that you picked up...

perhaps one day they will be part of another decluttering process...or you might find them invaluable..

you are being active and that gets ten out of ten in my book...

I have been having a look around trying to find you and here you are - decluttering

And it's true - you are doing something about an awfully big deal and it takes persistance and I wonder where you are right now

I sorta think you have gone home and you are decluttering your own house - or maybe you are sorting out your Dad's house - but whichever - it's a big job and you are doing it
