It's good to be home and able to use my computer. I have been away for some time - I had to get this pain sorted out and the treatment I had was excellent - but very hard. The doctors and nurses were terrific. Changes in medication can be made easier when required and necessary. I really did have some important Owl Shit to do

It's nice to be home

I was away for so long because I needed to attend to myself - I did email the moderators to let them know the situation. I was reading bits and pieces now and again but there is so much really hard stuff coming in - I guess this has a lot to do the COVID and the lock-downs etc. People are really sick and tired of it but it goes on. And in hospital very one wears a mask and it is hard to tell who's who. I wonder if this is the future.  We will be hiding half of our faces and social distancing for a long time. Anyway - I am compliant and vaccinated and do all I can and that is the best we can do.

I can't post much today - I have missed so much I just need to be in touch. I will find out how people are going as I gather strength
