@utopiasorry to read you have had such a rough night. I am glad everything came back clear even if you had to stay there all night to find out.
Hoping some sleep helps today

Far out, what a night you had last night! Your bp was quite high, wasn’t it? and totally understandable that it concerned you after having your previous stroke.
And yep, the minute you mention chest pains, docs start flapping around (and I understand why they do). Its happened to mum a couple of times – they do so many tests, and it ended up being anxiety. it sounds like that was what your chest pain was too? but not good about your arm being sore.
Ah yep, the patch to lower bp – they wanted to give one of them to mum but she was having a bad day and refused – cheeky cheeky. I had never heard of it but im guessing that is what the patch was for luv.
Oh no, im so sorry you ended up in the same ED where you worked – that would have just pushed your bp up even higher with the stress of being there! Its quite daunting with all the stuff they have to hook you up to, and the tests they do. I have never had to go to ED for myself but have had a bit of experience with mum over the past 18 months.
I don’t like the sound of the nurse that was looking after you. I wouldn’t be surprised if your high bp contributed to you having a headache too. I guess the good thing about having a family member or friend with you in ED is that they can go and hunt down the nurses until they get what the patient wants. That is my job with mum lol 😊 gotta look after the mama hehe
That’s a bugger you didn’t end up making it to your walk today as I know how much you were looking forward to getting up early hehe. But next Saturday you can start. I want to go for a walk this arvo but I cant be bothered.
That’s bizarre about your blood not taking – I wonder what that even means?? Do you often have trouble when you have to have blood tests or your veins are usually pretty good?
Im so relieved for you that all of your results came back clear. The whole ordeal of being in ED is so distressing though, isn’t it?
You are no doubt so exhausted! I hope you are having a snooze and having sweet dreams 😊
I will pop back over to my thread and fill you in on my day xxx
