@Former-Member I have been right where you are time and time again over the last couple of months - it all seems too hard - I can't keep going like this - etc. And the reality is that it id hard - but you MATTER and we care about you.
Do you have anyone you can call or someone to come and sit with you.

Hi @Former-Member. the fact that these thoughts are causing you distress is proof that they are in conflict with your core values. You are not your thoughts, you are the presence, the one observing the thoughts and the feelings. Let them pass, they will. Say 'that's interesting, thank you for sharing' and focus on other things, your breath, your surrounding a hand-to-task project... Its a storm that will pass - keep talking to us, ride the waves. I think most forumites here have become excellent surfers riding these emotional tsunami kicked up by trembling foundations & atmospheric triggers. Hang in there!

However the correct answer is 208 species of frog in Australia and growing....I am a very unique frog of the mental-healthius counsellororius species - there's not many of us left 🙂
