I will try not to sleep more before I go to the pool @outlander Staying awake during the day is something I need to do to eventually be able to get through a work day. I will rest after the pool ad that usually makes me pretty tired but again won't sleep. I actually don't feel like going to the pool today but staying in tht routine is important so I will mske myself go!
It is much colder here than it has been the last few days but not raining as yet. I am not sure what the weather is supposed to be like over the next few days but I have DBT tomorrow and then will try to go back to the pool on Thursday so won't be able to get out in the gardenagain until later in the week anyway.
Up and down nights are shite - we just have to get on and do what we can afterwards

Hopefully later this week the weather will improve and be nice for gardening.
We have severe wind warnings in place as of yesterday for the next 2-3 days so wont be doing alot here either

I often an pretty tired after the pool and need to rest a little @outlander - the program I have to do plus the temperature of the water both make me tired afterwards but it is so nice being in the water - that I need to remember - when I am there I really enjoy it - it is just getting there that is a problem some days!
I am using a new computer and still getting used to the keyboard - it is slightly smaller than my previous one so apologies for the spelling - seem to be missing some letter there lol

My back/spine @Zoe7. It's nothing serious and not something some chiro won't be able to help with ☺
I felt tired and sleepy just hearing about a heated pool and imagining floating around in it. That would feel so good!

Hi @Zoe7
it’s so nice to have him back home. He talked a lot last night and showed us photos and videos. He had a great time. My youngest son will be home Friday week. I’ll be happy when he’s home too.
I’m ok although I didn’t sleep well last night. Woke up at 4-5. Just couldn’t sleep. Now I have a headache. Going to work but then home to rest.
I saw you didn’t sleep well either. Hopefully the pool will tire you out snd you can rest when you get home.
Chat later better go to work. ❤️❤️

It is a beautiful 32 degrees @CheerBear - feels just like being in a huge bath
Are you having back issues as well CB - that is what I have been doing hydrotherapy for - my x-ray show multiple issues that will take quite some time to be able to strengthen again to help support my lower back
