Because of my life traumas etc. I’ve taught d to be brave and strong. 

Still quite sensitive in some ways, but that’s because life is tough. And hard not to be a bit like me, but at least she’s not a “victim”.  Gotta be strong to survive.  

Just hung washing and started on kitchen cleaning. ☕️☕️☕️

I’ve calmed down since before. Picked d up and have to act like nothing has happened. 

Sore all over, stress does that, as you would experience that yourself. 

Will have a hot shower later and take something for it. 

Was hoping to rest a bit more, even nap. Can’t unwind. 

Even with emergency anti anxiety meds. 😫
