I can't see the pic yet @Owlunar but im sure it won't disappoint.. of course i could solve my own problem by always bringing a ready pot of molten chocolate with me everywhere i go! I'd probably have lots of friends too.. hmmm and a few extra kil os...<br><br>@Zoe7 - I hope you're feeling a little more settled since this afternoon. I have a few weird triggers that send me instantly into panic. seeing a particular brand of cigarettes used to do it to me but the packaging has changed thankfully and i havent 'seen' it for a long time. look after you, as always, you're precious to us here

I made it through the night - it definitely wasn't easy. I am grateful for having to visit the chemist regularly to get my meds so any temptation is taken away. I did have a few extra last night and it did eventually help me to sleep.I am still just keeping my head above water this morning but the waves are not as big. I do still feel quite sick so that isn't helping - but the sun is up, the birds are singing and I am still here
