Every morning when I practice yoga, I send well wishes to people. Sometimes for my family, other times people on here I know are going through rough times, or collegues, or friends.... basically anyone that comes to mind. I find that compassion for others certainly helps with uplifting my mood.
I also love the idea of loving ourselves as our dogs do. What a great new way of looking at ourselves.
