I've got to say that it's taken me quite a bit of time navigating this website. 

I suffer from multiple brain injuries. From concussion, alcohol, drugs and long covid.

Just wondering if anyone else has had similar issues?

Welcome to the forums. 

It can be a little difficult to navigate at the start but it does get easier and makes sense when you get going. 

I, myself don’t have a brain injury but I am sure there are others that do. I have a history with depression and anxiety. 

I understand that life can get quite hard.

Just a handy forum tip if you put an ‘@‘ symbol a drop down box will appear or start typing in their username. Eg @Captain24. This will send a notification to the person you are replying to.
