@amber22 I lived and breathed my Wellness Recovery Action Plan for years and years. Last year i had a major trauma trigger and now nothing works and then since December been in burnout also. None of my wellness tools help anymore. I feel completely hopeless, helpless, despairing and demoralised.
People don't seem to understand that there is a point where nothing helps and seem to just think people are lying about trying things and them not working or that they arent doing them properly. Like most wellness tools that help they help over long term so you need to do them consistently over long term to get any positive impact. But there are many people who get to a point where nothing seems to help.
