Hey Hams, social anxiety is the pits, I feel for you my friend. Just listened to that song, obviously no idea what they where singing but yes it has a great rhythm. I honestly wouldn't go back to the other gathering if you where not entirely comfortable there. Hope your next gathering is far my enjoyable for you. @MDT

Hey Hams, @MDT
I love listening to calming house music, used to listen to a lot of it back in the day.
I enjoyed the track you posted. Thanks

Hi @MDT . Glad to see you walked away when the party you went to had drugs involved. To be, that shows both courage and strength as well as well as bravery so well done my friend.
Have you given your career choice anymore further consideration? I just saw before on SBS news that the federal government is decreasing degrees in areas of mental health such as social work and psychology due to the big need for people to work in those areas because of this pandemic crisis. Is that an area you'd consider? Maybe something like policy management since you're into writing and research? I see you're no longer a Community Guide so maybe this isn't an area for you and I may have mistaken your career choices? If so, I'm very sorry! It was just something I saw and I thought of you that's all.
What I do know is that there is going to be a big need for mental health people in 3 years time so by the time I'm finished my degree, there should be work for me in the areas of case management which is where I want to take my degree. My friend is currently being case managed here in Melbourne for her mental health and let's just say I'm not impressed with her case manager as the case manager has a thing for being very lazy and not doing what is expected of a case manager in my opinion like actually finding people relevant supports. This case manager likes thinking that google can do it all if you get my drift!
Gotta go but I'll try and check back in later. Have a great Sunday!
