Crap day. Crap job. Crap people.
Want to move on in life etc.

Got word back on that application for the next role that two people told me about. No deal. What a joke.. people who see me do this job and more don't make hiring decisions. They can go jump. Just told mum that that's the last time I apply for anything in this place.

Im sorry @MDT ... thats disappointing about the job aps. But I agree with @TAB ... its a minor setback. And maybe even a blessing ... seeing as you really are not happy there. Perhaps ask those who know your value and suggested you apply, to give you a reference. Start putting out some feelers elsewhere.
