Rang my insurance company and in the on hold waiting recording they made mention we were going through difficult times and provided a phone number for free counselling with one of their partners for people facing difficulty since the pandemic. I thought it certainly was a sign of the times when mental health spills out into an insurance company's on hold messages. You usually hear recordings like not to abuse telephone consultants nowadays and seeing an escalation of assaults in ED's in hospitals in the online newspaper since the pandemic
